Shipping and receiving information.
Shipping: All orders have live delivery guarantees with express mail delivery. Orders can be sent priority at the buyers risk. The shipping charge is 40.00 for up to 16 small fish. Each shipment will be sent in Styrofoam shipping box with oxygen, heat, and bag buddies tablet.

Receiving of fish:
It is critical that all fish are acclimated to your water slowly. Once you receive the fish Amquel must be added to remove the ammonia from the water. If the water is cold placing the bag of fish in a bucket of hot water will start to raise the temperature. If possible an air stone should be placed in the bag to add oxygen to the water. Compare the ph of the water in the bag with your ph. The fish should now be slowly acclimated to your water. An hour is recommended for every .1 reading of ph difference, you want to double the volume of water in the bag. Once you have acclimated the fish for the recommended time it is now time to transfer them to your tank. Net the fish from the bag do not pour the old water straight into the tank.

You may receive fish that look DOA but my following these instructions most fish will come around in a short amount of time. Wait at least until the next day to feed the fish.

It is very unlikely that you will lose any fish. If after following the fish aclimation instructions you lose a fish please notitfy us the day you recieved your shipment. Place the fish in a baggie of plain salt and send it back to us. Upon receiving the fish we either refund your money or send you another fish which ever you would like. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!!!
